Proterra is looking to solve the problem of ensuring high-quality functional battery packs for their customers by designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining automated manufacturing test equipment for battery production lines.
Requirements
- Experience with C-Sharp is a must
- Experience with SQL databases is a must
- Experience with APIs and software integration is a plus
- Experience with LabVIEW is a plus
- Experience with CAN and UDS protocols is a plus
- Experience with MES is a plus
- Experience with Ignition SCADA is a plus
Responsibilities
- Become the technical process expert for all testing throughout the battery pack manufacturing process
- Design, program, simulate, and test automated machinery and processes
- Develop and implement test scenarios and test software for battery production
- Be involved in all phases of testing from design of parameters to troubleshooting errors and writing test procedures.
- Seek for continuous improvements to boost efficiency by reducing cycle time and waste
- Ensure that all testing and procedures meet company and industry standards
- Facilitate maintenance and servicing of test equipment
Other
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics, or Electrical Engineering
- 3+ Years of hands-on automated test experience in a Manufacturing or Process Assembly environment
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, hands-on, and diligent.
- Self-starter with the ability to adapt interpersonal styles and techniques to influence at all levels of the organization.
