The company is looking to solve the problem of testing and troubleshooting technologically advanced parts/products at their McKinney, TX location.
Requirements
- Experience working with rectifiers and controllers circuitry
- Experience with using schematics and drawing to troubleshoot electronic circuits
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP/ETS/Microsoft Access)
- Experience as a Test Technician
- Ability to read and interpret test data
- Knowledge of avionics equipment, SE, and aircraft components
- Knowledge of EW systems, sensor systems and components, wiring harnesses and interconnecting cables
Responsibilities
- Inspecting, maintaining, and calibrating avionics equipment, SE, and aircraft components.
- Repairing EW systems, sensor systems and components, wiring harnesses and interconnecting cables.
- Repairing amplifier and logic circuits; microwave equipment; servomechanisms; radio frequency circuits; video displays; and power supply circuits.
- Troubleshooting power supply modules and I/O modules to component level by replacing various chips and components that have high fault rate
- Using schematics and drawing to troubleshoot electronic circuits
- Looking up BOM’s to identify failed components, ordering parts and maintaining stock
- Understanding and performing ERP systems (SAP/ETS/Microsoft Access)
Other
- Typically requires HS diploma (or equivalent, e.g. G.E.D. in the US) or vocational/technical education in related discipline
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
