Requirements
- How to read assembly blueprints and electrical diagrams
- How to operate and maintain pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- How to assemble turbo machinery
- How to interface with PLC systems
- How to troubleshoot complex electrical and mechanical systems
- How to balance components using Hofmann balance machines
- How to preserve basic maintenance levels and a safe work environment
Responsibilities
- Assembly of components
- Accurate and concise record keeping
- Maintenance of test tooling and equipment
- Measurements using precise measuring tools and techniques.
- The setup and tear down of testing equipment
- Testing procedures and work instructions
- Operating testing equipment to preform testing activities.
