DataDirect Networks (DDN) is seeking a Manufacturing System Test Technician to perform hardware/software testing of Intel based electromechanical sub-assemblies and complete systems, to support the company's AI and high-performance data storage innovation
Requirements
- A+ Certification in computer repair
- Experience with assembly, repairing of computer hardware
- Proven skills in testing and quality assurance
- Familiarity with OS (Linux is preferred)
- Ability to use basic measurement tools, including digital infrared thermometers, digital airflow meters, and digital multimeters
Responsibilities
- Perform hardware/software testing of Intel based electromechanical sub-assemblies and complete systems
- Set up of a standard test equipment, conduct functional, operational and burn-in tests
- Analyze hardware/software issues and troubleshoot
- Maintain records on work performed and report of the results
- Create Problem and Non-Conformance reports in Oracle database
- Maintain the work area in a clean and neat manner
