Sierra Nevada Company (SNC) is seeking a Test Technician III to perform standard testing processes on their equipment, analyze test results, and ensure conformance with product specifications. The role involves identifying and resolving testing problems to maintain product quality and performance.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and interpret basic technical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, manuals and/or publications
- Thorough understanding of test concepts and techniques
- Progressive experience with standard laboratory test, calibration and other measurement equipment
- Familiarity with MIL Standard 810 Test Standards
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- perform standard testing processes on a variety of our equipment and analyze the results
- performing test and fault isolation on our systems and equipment to ensure conformance with our product specifications
- provide recommendations to resolve testing problems, roadblocks, or equipment malfunctions that impact the performance or validity of testing
Other
- Associate's degree in a related field of study and at least 4 years of relevant experience
- Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State or U.S. Department of Commerce.
