The Eberly College of Science needs to provide motivated undergraduates with immersive and hands-on research experiences to help them determine if they want to pursue a career in research.
Requirements
Must be a current Penn State undergraduate
Must have been accepted to the Eberly College of Science SURE program
Must be able to work 40 hours per week for 10 weeks
Must be able to attend professional development seminars
Responsibilities
Engage in full-time research and related professional development activities
Work on specific faculty research projects outlined by their faculty member
Attend professional development seminars throughout the duration of the SURE internship program
Other
Must pass a background check
Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
