The Heritage Group's ITSS shared enterprise group is seeking an intern to gain hands-on knowledge of various systems used in an enterprise-level environment, providing comprehensive exposure across supporting groups including Azure, Active Directory, network operations, PowerBI analytics, and security operations.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft365, Windows OS and basic networking
- Familiar with troubleshooting technical issues
Responsibilities
- Azure maintenance and reporting
- Azure systems development and deployment
- Updating and securing various devices in our environment
- Active Directory support
- Gather and build reports for various reporting systems in our environment
- Supplement the Network team with operations or project work
- Supplement the PowerBi team with operations or project work
Other
- Currently Sophomore or higher pursuing a degree in Computer Science and Engineering
- Preferred 1+ years of IT support work and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, proactive detailed mindset
- Good with time management, skilled at prioritizing tasks
