The North Face is looking to solve the problem of continuing, enhancing, and curating the technical roadmap for their mobile application while working with cross-functional and cross-brand teams to ensure the customer is thought of during each phase of execution.

Requirements

  • Asset publishing and content maintenance with a Content Management System (Coremedia preferred)
  • Ecommerce or digital design environment
  • Post-production understanding
  • Familiar with project management systems (Wrike, JIRA, Confluence)
  • Digital analytics tool (Adobe, Omniture, Google Analytics)
  • Experience with a MMP (Kochava, Adjust etc.) is preferred but not required.
  • Experience using Jira for reporting bugs and updating products

Responsibilities

  • Put the consumer at the heart of everything you do.
  • Have a mobile first and focused mindset, always looking at how to improve the mobile experience.
  • Facilitate app links & navigation through the Mobile Content Coordinator, in accordance with the mobile content calendar and business needs.
  • Partner with the site content & marketing teams to align as needed.
  • Collaborate with digital merchandisers, loyalty, content, ops both cross-channel and cross-brands
  • Align with Centralized DT teams on backend release train schedules and updates.
  • Participate in app UAT testing to ensure accuracy and efficient execution of app content updates + biweekly releases.

Other

  • 2+ years of experience, ideally within a Native Application environment as a content coordinator, QA coordinator, or related digital position.
  • Detail oriented and a multi-tasker in equal measure
  • Strong project management skills
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency balanced with team partnership
  • Ability to account for differences between iOS and Android experiences during testing
