The Walt Disney Studios' Content Security organization is focused on protecting film and episodic storytelling from a variety of risks by employing best practices from cyber security, technology, and media and entertainment creative workflows. The intern will help analyze business processes for potential security risks and define process documentation for media and entertainment workflows.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and an understanding of prompt design and AI-generated outputs
- Previous internship or project experience in information security, cybersecurity, or technology operations
- Exposure to media production, post-production, or content creation workflows
- Familiarity with information security principles, such as access control, data protection, and threat analysis
- Understanding of media asset management systems or digital content workflows is a plus
- Experience with process documentation, data tracking, or business analysis
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes for potential security risks
- Communicate security trends and patterns identified
- Define process documentation for media and entertainment workflows
- Manage data for key department workstreams, such as user onboarding and content approvals

- Engage in process meetings with creative, business, and technology leaders
- Interface with internal stakeholders on a variety of security related topics
- Demonstrated interest in technology, cybersecurity, and the media and entertainment industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex workflows and identify potential risks

- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Major or previous coursework in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Media Technology, or related major preferred
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program AND returning to school the semester/quarter following the internship OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
