Concentra is seeking a Timekeeping Analyst II to support, maintain, and optimize their UKG Dimensions (Kronos) timekeeping system to ensure accurate and efficient workforce management, bridging the gap between IT and business objectives.
Requirements
- Experience with UKG Dimensions (Kronos) timekeeping systems.
- Boomi certified
- 5+ years of software development or technical analysis experience.
- Strong understanding of pay policies, workforce scheduling, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, and IT.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and configure the UKG Dimensions timekeeping system to meet the organization's needs, including setting up user access, permissions, and system parameters
- Manage pay rules, accruals, shift patterns, and schedules to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Troubleshoot system issues, responding to employee inquiries, and providing support to users and other departments.
- Support integrations between UKG Dimensions and HRIS, Payroll, and Finance systems.
- Develop and maintain custom reports using UKG Dimensions reporting tools.
- Analyze timekeeping data for compliance, overtime trends, and labor cost insights.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and testing.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field is required.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to contribute to the overall technology roadmap
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills a must; ability to read, write, and speak in a professional manner.
