Kyndryl is seeking a Trade Compliance Operations Specialist to lead U.S. trade compliance operations and serve as the primary liaison with U.S. Customs and regulatory agencies, anchoring the global compliance operations team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of U.S. import/export compliance experience.
- Knowledge of HTS, ECCN, ITAR/EAR, and AES filing.
- Experience in technology or high-volume global supply chain preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day import and export compliance operations for U.S. shipments.
- Ensure adherence to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct classification, license determination, and denied/restricted party screening.
- Develop and implement SOPs and compliance controls for global operations.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve trade issues quickly and effectively.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to analysts in LATAM and Europe.

- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Business, International Relations, or related field.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
