MUFG is expanding its Supply Chain Finance market presence and needs to integrate proprietary trade payables software to increase revenue through buyer & supplier centric transactions and investor distribution channels. The Supply Chain Finance Operations team supports this expansion by managing evolving processes and partnering with stakeholders to create a scalable operating model.
Requirements
- Experience in Traditional Trade, Supply Chain Financing, such as Receivables Financing and Buyer Led Supplier Financing
- Must have MS Office tools skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day – to -day management of the group and all activity related to servicing Supply Chain Finance and Receivable Financing transactions. Including but not limited to: recording of funded exposure on bank’s sub-ledger system(s), Supplier payments processing, Distribution of Assets servicing, re-payment funds application, settlement of exposure at maturity, reconciliation of account activity.
- Ensuring all transactions are executed within established SLA framework and that all RCSA (Risk Control Self-Assessment) controls are followed
- Partner with our Risk and Compliance stakeholders to develop a sustainable and risk conscious operating model; promote awareness of any emerging risk(s), support risk-control testing and internal/external audits.
- Updating/Maintaining operational processes and procedures according to new product implementations and system changes, as appropriate
- Serving as main point of contact and escalation for operations pertaining to your area.
- Develop management reporting routines to keep leadership apprised of the progress, risk and issues
Other
- The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
- Some travel may be required.
