MUFG is looking to fill a role in Trade Service Operations Governance and Billing to manage administrative data, ensure processing requirements are met, resolve operational issues, and support customer billing and reconciliation.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and end user tools, such as MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of Letter of Credit products
- Knowledge of Syndicated/Agent deals – facilities and commitments
- Knowledge of KYC/AML policy
Responsibilities
- manage administrative static data, and workflow priorities
- ensure satisfactorily fulfill of daily processing requirements in Trade processing system
- assist in maintaining workflow management and quality control functions
- identify and resolve operational issues and provide technical support as needed
- manage high volume customer database
- Standby Letter of Credit fee billing activities and accounts reconciliation to support all customers
- Assist in ongoing Trade Services Operations governance routines

- The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
