Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) is looking to improve its Trade Service Operations Governance and Billing processes, requiring efficient management of administrative data, processing requirements, workflow, quality control, customer databases, and fee billing to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and end user tools, such as MS Excel.
- Knowledge of KYC/AML policy
- Understanding of operations, business activities, and compliance/risk
- Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Letter of Credit products
- Knowledge of Syndicated/Agent deals – facilities and commitments
Responsibilities
- manage administrative static data, and workflow priorities
- ensure satisfactorily fulfill of daily processing requirements in Trade processing system
- assist in maintaining workflow management and quality control functions
- identify and resolve operational issues and provide technical support as needed
- manage high volume customer database
- Standby Letter of Credit fee billing activities and accounts reconciliation to support all customers
- Assist in implementation and ongoing Trade Services Operations governance routines

- The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day.
