The DV Group is looking to optimize and ensure the health of its trading operations by adding a Trade Support Team Lead who can identify and resolve issues, provide world-class support to traders, and drive strategic projects focused on improving trading operations and supporting technology.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Linux operating system
- Knowledge of TCP/IP and Multicast
- Strong Bash and core Python ability
- Able to trace order event streams using logs and packet captures
Responsibilities
- Monitoring and managing trading platforms across multiple markets
- Monitoring and supporting Linux environments
- Working in the trading industry with focus on supporting traders and trading infrastructure
- Identifying and solving problems that most cannot
- Working with trade teams assisting with on-boarding new opportunities
- With automation and process improvement
Other
- 7+ years experience in a trade support or system infrastructure role
- Collaborating with technical and non-technical people to help drive business initiatives
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
