Requirements
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Critical thinking, long-term vision, and the ability to think on your feet
- Demonstrated interest in trading and/or markets
- Detailed-oriented, strong organizational skills, and have a genuine interest in learning about trading physical commodities
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data
- Pursuing a degree in agricultural economics, economics, finance, or mathematics preferred but not required
- Language skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Learn how to trade physical commodities in global markets while managing the substantial risks inherent in volatile markets
- Gain familiarity with the physical flow of commodities in both domestic and international markets
- Complete hands-on, robust work, goals, and objectives tied to real business needs
- Analyze and interpret large volumes of data
- Participate in real trades and learn by getting involved
- Develop knowledge of supply/demand economics and quantitative analysis
- Work side-by-side with industry experts
