The partner company of Jobgether is looking to enhance client engagement and support strategic business goals by planning and executing major conferences and events that reflect brand values and meet audience needs.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g., Asana, ClickUp)
  • Experience negotiating with venues and event partners
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and exhibit strong self-motivation
  • Experience with Salesforce campaign tracking and reporting
  • Familiarity with event planning software and tools
  • Knowledge of brand standards and event collateral development

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for assigned conferences and client events, including timelines, logistics, and vendor management.
  • Oversee Tier 1 client events and high-level internal meetings from concept to execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop event collateral that aligns with brand standards.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure quality while finding cost efficiencies.
  • Support Salesforce campaign tracking and reporting for event outcomes.
  • Onboard and train new team members on tools and best practices.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices through continuous learning.

Other

  • Associate’s degree or higher in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or Communications
  • 10+ years of event planning experience, specifically with Tier 1 conferences and large client events
  • Willingness to travel 4-9 times a year for events
  • Physical capability to lift 20 lbs
  • Excellent communication skills for conveying plans and expectations
