CACI is looking to solve the business problem of modernizing the Department of Defense's (DoD) Information Technology (IT) as a service model by developing engaging technical training materials and resources in support of Enterprise Information Technology (EIT) functions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using authoring tools such as Adobe Captivate or similar e-learning development platforms.
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.
- Experience with graphic design software and multimedia editing tools; primarily the Adobe software suite.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- ITIL V4 familiarization and understanding.
- Experience working within ServiceNow environments and/or possess certifications.
- Experience creating/developing Computer-Based Training (CBT) courses and modules.
Responsibilities
- Join a high-performing, matrix-oriented OCM Training Team responsible for creating and implementing DAF-facing training strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage, drive faster implementation rates, and promote higher utilization of new enterprise IT products and services.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify training needs and learning objectives.
- Design and develop engaging and interactive training content, including e-learning modules, presentations, manuals, and multimedia resources.
- Utilize authoring tools and software to create and customize training materials that align with instructional strategies and adult learning principles.
- Integrate multimedia elements, such as graphics, animations, videos, and simulations, to enhance the effectiveness of training content.
- Conduct thorough quality assurance checks on developed content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to organizational standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants to identify areas for improvement and make necessary revisions.

- 12+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- Currently hold an adjudicated Secret Clearance (or higher) and be able to maintain.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with stakeholders within all levels.
- Travel up to 25% is expected.
