The Training & Content Team needs to create and maintain high-quality e-learning training content and resources to support various product areas (EHS, HR, ASF, P&S). This involves translating technical information into understandable formats and ensuring engaging learning experiences.
Requirements
- Proficient knowledge of Articulate Storyline, Adobe products, Microsoft products, Storyblocks, iStock, or other production training-related tools.
- Solid knowledge of adult learning theory
- Ability to develop, process, format, and communicate technical and analytical information visually, auditorily, and with accessibility in mind.
- Creativity and flair for design, art, and technology
- Ability to contribute to storyboard and write scripts for training courses, including instructional videos and animations.
- Stays up-to-date with instructional design trends and production best practices and is willing to try new ideas to design and produce better content.
Responsibilities
- Build interactive online training courses, micro content trainings, videos, illustrations, promotional videos, and other multimedia to engage learners about safety, health, environmental, and compliance topics.
- Assist with training and multimedia production tasks.
- Deliver trainings into platform(s), when needed.
- Provide technical support and expertise for client tickets and recommend solutions.
- Stay up to date on industry standards, software updates, and upcoming trends.
- Provide assistance for script and training logging, folding sharing, processes, SOPs, frameworks, and other team documentation, when needed.
- Participate in quality assurance (QA), when needed.
Other
- Mid-level (ideally 4+ years) experience in instructional design, learning and development, communication design, multimedia, or training video production.
- Demonstrates organization, presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
