Unissant, Inc. is seeking a Training Developer to support their federal client in Alexandria, VA, by designing, developing, and delivering effective training programs for the PeopleSoft HCM application, addressing identified knowledge and skill gaps.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Experience with conducting needs assessments and evaluating training program effectiveness.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Proficiency in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Ability to analyze training needs and develop appropriate learning objectives and assessments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and multimedia tools.
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Create instructional materials, such as training manuals, presentations, and multimedia content, that are interactive and learner centric.
- Utilize various instructional design methodologies and techniques to ensure the effectiveness and impact of training programs.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtual, to facilitate learning and development.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and metrics to measure knowledge transfer and performance improvement.
- Update and revise existing training materials to reflect changes in processes, technology, or industry best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement innovative training solutions.

- Collaborate with various stakeholders and subject matter experts to assess training needs and identify gaps in knowledge and skills for PeopleSoft HCM application.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in learning and development to continuously enhance training programs.
- Maintain training records and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Possess DOD Security Clearance of SECRET or higher.
