Precise Systems is seeking a Training Developer/Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to support a DoD customer by designing and developing engaging training materials for various delivery methods.
Requirements
- Experience with authoring tools and related software for the purpose of producing multimedia training packages.
- Articulate Storyline development experience.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging training materials for a variety of delivery methods, including instructor-led, computer-based, web-based, and mobile training.
- Work with Graphic Artists, Programmers, and Subject Matter Experts in the development of interactive multimedia courseware.
- Develop training products using computer-based training (CBT) authoring systems.
- Research and identify data sources for instructional material development and additional information needed for instructor and participant materials.
- Design interactive training materials that include sound instructional design methodology, appropriate training strategies, and participant activities for small and large groups.
- Develop test items.
- Experience using established methodologies in all stages of the instructional design process, including needs assessment, analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.

- Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- BS/BA is required, and a MS/MA is desired.
- Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience may be substituted in lieu of BS/BA.
