The role aims to introduce innovative AI and machine learning methodologies to impact how battle staff leaders and critical decision makers learn and train for missions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Human Performance Research in a training environment
- Knowledge of warfighter training in the virtual environment
- Ability to conduct original research based on decision making processes under a multitude of DoD mission sets
- Knowledge of AI and Machine Learning applications pertinent to military combat operations
