Parsons is looking for a Training Scenario Developer to develop training scenarios, artifacts, content, and data packages for application and use within the synthetic training environment.
Requirements
- Knowledge of needs analysis, custom course development, development of criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives, and evaluation and learning assessments.
- Skills to determine the organization, communication, and delivery of the course content and materials.
- Skills to create course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats.
- Skills to monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Ability to develop, direct, plan, and evaluate training programs or activities to meet external customer or internal employee learning objectives.
Responsibilities
- Provide the development of training scenarios, artifacts, content, and data packages for application and use within the synthetic training environment.
- Develop learning activities and demonstrations.
- Create course content, training materials, visual aids, and documentation to support a variety of instructional formats such as lecture, lab exercises, field training, computer-based training (CBT), and/or web-based training (WBT).
- Monitor and evaluate training programs, assess results, and implement enhancements as needed.
- Determine the organization, communication, and delivery of the course content and materials.
- Develop criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of course objectives.
- Evaluate and learning assessments.

- Bachelors & 10+ years of experience, Masters & 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 5+ years of experience
