Parsons is looking for a Training Support Package Developer to maintain the current training curriculum at each location and develop TSPs in accordance with Government requirements
Requirements
- Knowledge of industry practices, techniques, and standards
- Skills to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Skills to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
- Skills to ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are being accomplished
- Skills to develop budgets and schedules to meet contractual/project requirements
- TS/SCI Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Active Top Secret SCI security clearance
Responsibilities
- Develop TSPs in accordance with Government requirements in order to maintain the current training curriculum at each location
- Convene TSP Reviews on a semi-annual basis or at Government request
- Assess the current training curriculum at each location/organization in scope of the TO and assess documentation and its effectiveness based on After Action Reviews (AARs), lessons learned, and other applicable sources
- Stay abreast of the policy and doctrine current statuses, as significant changes to the TSP may occur if there is a change to either
- Make recommendations and changes to the TSP after Government approval
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
Other
- Bachelors & 10+ years of experience, Masters & 8+ years of experience, or PhD or JD & 5+ years of experience
- Ability to oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serve as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management
- TS/SCI Clearance with SCI Eligibility
- Active Top Secret SCI security clearance
- US citizenship required due to security clearance requirements
