Responsibilities
- web application development, complex mapping, and data management tasks
- act as a GIS Project Manager, providing support for competitive bid initiatives and awarded and capital transmission projects
- Lead support of assigned projects as the main point of contact for developers and SME teams.
- Create and maintain all project related web applications, project data, and Project folders in accordance with best practices and SOPs.
- Lead transmission routing efforts on projects by coordinating with developers and any external consultants performing transmission routing studies.
- Enforce compliance of data quality, SOPs, and standards for all users, including junior GIS staff, developers, and consultants
- Field Maps set-up as needed
