Requirements
- 5+ years of automatic transmission or EV experience in an automotive domain.
- Deep understanding of automatic transmission and EV fundamentals, hydraulic and electronic controls, mechanical systems.
- Ability to lead system issue resolution getting to optimum enterprise solution balancing attributes of several cross-functional activities including weight, cost, fuel economy and durability.
- Ability to resolve complex technical issues
- Proven experience of substantial system delivery
