Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic, business, and marketing plans for the Tampa transportation group
- Lead performance metrics including revenue, backlog, billing, and client satisfaction
- Supervise and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, project managers, and technical staff
- Oversee technical project execution, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction
- Implement and maintain quality assurance and control procedures across all projects
- Collaborate with other divisions to foster a unified, efficient, and innovative work environment
- Ensure alignment with corporate policies and uphold our commitment to quality and integrity
