Central National Bank is looking to solve the problem of providing high-touch support to commercial customers for treasury management products and services, ranging from small businesses to mid-sized and corporate clients.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of treasury products and services (ACH, wires, RDC, Positive Pay, etc.)
- Experience with commercial account opening and onboarding processes
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to treasury products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Experience with Jack Henry products is a plus
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the initiative to take ownership of customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple customers and priorities with a calm, confident approach
Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new Treasury Management customers, including documentation, product setup, and training
- Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for services including: Cash Management, ACH, Wire Transfers, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, eStatements, Lockbox Services, Commercial Credit Card Programs, Bill Pay, and Sweep Accounts
- Assist with the opening of new commercial deposit accounts as part of the onboarding process
- Maintain a strong understanding of current industry trends, competitor offerings, and compliance requirements
- Assist with product training for internal teams and help support Treasury Management product enhancements or rollouts
- Manage special projects as needed
- Serve as the dedicated contact for commercial customers utilizing treasury management products and services
