The company is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to contribute to the development of AI/ML algorithms across various disciplines, including object detection/classification, natural language processing, reinforcement learning, and large language models, to address a broad range of challenges for the DOD, Aerospace, and AIML communities.
Requirements
- Experience with object detection, language processing, and imagery analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, numpy, DSPy, LangChain, pandas, and polars.
- Experience with large language modeling, deep learning, and statistical analysis.
- Experience with unsupervised and/or supervised machine learning techniques.
- Experience in developing algorithms based on statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of classical machine learning techniques such as regression, Naïve Bayes, and DBSCAN.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of a small team of developers and researchers to implement machine learning algorithms to address a broad range of challenges.
- Analyze large multi-domain datasets such as images, text, and graph data to identify statistically relevant features and build models that provide actionable data.
- Use cloud services to train and deploy ML models.
- Review relevant publications to understand and apply cutting-edge concepts to defense and commercial applications.
- Write technical documentation supporting code, program capabilities, and user guides.

- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree in STEM with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Aurora, Colorado.
