The UI/UX Analyst role is intended to solve the problem of ensuring that digital products meet the intended goals and provide an intuitive and engaging user experience for users at Rochester Regional Health.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of work experience (including experience as an intern), and/or relevant education related to UI/UX design (ex: Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Computer Science)
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an intern in UI Designing and Requirements Gathering.
- Any level of experience (including intern experience) working in software development teams.
- Any level of experience (including intern experience) with Figma & JIRA.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products.
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between product stakeholders, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Translate operational needs into detailed business requirements for technical solutions.
- Analyze user requirements to design and create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to guide the design process.
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and ensure usability.

- At least 6 months of work experience (including experience as an intern), and/or relevant education related to UI/UX design
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
