Q2IMPACT is seeking a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for enterprise and AI-driven platforms serving public sector clients. This role involves more than designing wireframes; it’s about imagining what’s possible and delivering human-centered solutions that make complex systems simple, usable, and impactful.
Requirements
- Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern prototyping tools
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability standards
- Familiarity with component-driven UI frameworks and design systems
- Deliver production-ready assets and collaborate with developers to ensure design fidelity in implementation
- Iterate designs based on analytics, feedback, and evolving client needs
- Stay current with industry design trends, prototyping techniques, and interactive technologies
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs aligned with Q2IMPACT branding and standards
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG, Section 508)
- Partner with product managers and engineers to align design direction with business and technical requirements
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, engaging user interfaces
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and reusable component libraries
Other
- 4+ years of professional UI/UX design experience in SaaS, enterprise, or government-focused environments
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across Q2IMPACT teams
- Experiment with data visualization, dashboard layouts, and AI-driven UX patterns
