The UI/UX Designer will play a critical role in designing user-centered web applications that support core healthcare payor business processes. This includes applications for claims processing, care management, and utilization management.
Requirements
- Proficiency in UI/UX design tools. Figma expertise is preferred
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Experience with designing complex workflows and data-driven interfaces.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and HIPAA regulations.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into intuitive, efficient, and user-friendly interfaces design.
- Create user personas and journey maps that reflect the unique needs and tasks of healthcare payor users.
- Design applications for specific healthcare payor functions (e.g., claims processing flow, Utilization Management and Care Management Flow).
