Venon Solutions is seeking a UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, human-centered interfaces for cutting-edge AI applications, translating complex AI functionalities into clear, engaging, and user-friendly designs that build trust and enhance user experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or similar UI/UX design tools
- Strong understanding of AI/ML UX patterns such as prompt design, explainability, confidence indicators, and conversational UI
- Experience designing for web and/or mobile platforms
- Ability to create interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, ProtoPie, or Framer
- Understanding of design systems, component libraries, and scalable UI frameworks
- Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and user journey mapping
- Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, model inputs/outputs, and data flows
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences for AI-powered products, from initial concept to final UI implementation
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and visual design assets to communicate design ideas effectively
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to explore new AI features and develop intuitive interaction models
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to validate and refine designs
- Ensure that interfaces clearly communicate AI behavior, limitations, and transparency to users
- Develop and maintain scalable design systems tailored specifically for AI interactions and complex data flows
- Stay informed about emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in AI UX, human-AI interaction, and design patterns
