GEICO is looking to design user experiences and interfaces that leverage cutting-edge generative AI platforms to enhance their insurance offerings and customer service.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in User Experience design
- 3+ years of experience working with agentic, virtual agent, or similar AI-driven products
- Proficiency in designing cross-channel interfaces, including responsive web and native mobile platforms
- Experience collaborating with AI/ML and Data Science teams
- Hands-on experience with multi-modal Generative AI platforms
- Strong knowledge of ML, AI, and Generative AI systems and capabilities
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma
Responsibilities
- Translate complex AI concepts into understandable and engaging user experiences
- Navigate and apply emerging AI, ML, and Generative AI technologies to enhance UX/UI practices
- Advocate for responsible, ethical AI use in all design solutions
- Conduct user research, discovery sessions, and usability testing to inform design decisions
- Create user flows, wireframes, journey maps, and detailed UI specifications
- Deliver design assets for development, ensuring alignment with engineering teams
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a culture of growth and innovation

- This hybrid role requires presence on-site three days a week at one of our key locations—Chevy Chase, MD; New York City, NY; Palo Alto, CA; Seattle, WA; or Chicago, IL—with consideration given to exceptional remote candidates.
