Talentix is building a career mobility platform for healthcare clinicians, aiming to provide faster ways for them to match, get hired, and advance their careers. The company needs to design and develop user-centered interfaces for this platform.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- A strong design portfolio that demonstrates understanding of user experience and visual design.
- 0.5–1 year of academic, internship, or project-based UI/UX experience.
Responsibilities
- Design user-centered wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
- Support user research, usability testing, and iterative improvements.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine user journeys and clinician dashboards.
- Participate in whiteboarding sessions, design sprints, and real-time product builds.

- Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Available to join immediately
- Open to full-time opportunity upon successful completion.
- Must be able to work onsite in Fremont, CA, and start immediately.
- Comfortable working in an unpaid internship with potential for full-time conversion.
