NTT DATA is seeking a UI/UX developer to join their team in Dallas, Texas, to develop and implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js, and to collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality, functional code.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in React.js and its core principles (e.g., components, state, props, hooks)
- Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with state management libraries like Redux, Context API, or similar
- Familiarity with front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel)
- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git
- Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js
- Collaborating with UI/UX designers to translate wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality, functional code
- Ensuring the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimizing applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use and maintaining existing codebases
- Integrating with backend APIs and ensuring seamless data flow within the application
- Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing front-end issues and performance
- Staying informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development and React
Other
- Minimum 5+ years of experience implementing responsive and interactive user interfaces
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
- Project lead experience (nice to have, but not a must)
- Ability to work in Dallas, Texas
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
