RFgen Software is looking to improve the user experience of its mobile barcoding and supply chain solutions for enterprise users, aiming to increase inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with front-end development (e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, React or similar frameworks).
  • Experience using modern UI/UX design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.
  • Knowledge of usability testing methods, accessibility standards, and UX best practices.
  • Experience designing and building user interfaces for mobile apps (Android/iOS) and/or enterprise web applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design, prototype, and implement modern user interfaces for RFgen’s mobile and desktop applications.
  • Refresh and evolve UI frameworks within the RFgen Mobile Unity Platform to improve usability and consultant productivity.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into intuitive workflows and interaction patterns.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and services consultants to validate designs and ensure adoption in the field.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback from enterprise customers and internal teams.
  • Establish and maintain UI/UX design standards, ensuring consistency across RFgen product lines.
  • Stay ahead of mobile and enterprise UX trends to ensure RFgen apps remain at the forefront of productivity and usability.

Other

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Engineer or similar role, ideally in a B2B software, enterprise SaaS, or mobile app development environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with global teams.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, efficient user experiences.
  • Creative thinker who balances innovation with practical implementation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
