The UI / UX Analyst will act as a bridge between product, business stakeholders, and technical teams, ensuring that the final deliverables meet the intended goals. They will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements while also designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products.
Requirements
- At least 6 months of work experience (including experience as an intern), and/or relevant education related to UI/UX design (ex: Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or Computer Science)
- Agile experience strongly preferred
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an intern in UI Designing and Requirements Gathering
- Any level of experience (including intern experience) working in software development teams
- Any level of experience (including intern experience) with Figma & JIRA
Responsibilities
- Gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements
- Designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for digital products
- Translate operational needs into detailed business requirements for technical solutions
- Analyze user requirements to design and create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to guide the design process
- Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and ensure usability
- Test application features as and when required for acceptance criteria
Other
- Act as a liaison between product stakeholders, business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of requirements.
- Collaborate with operational leaders and providers to understand their needs and workflows.
- Work closely with UI designers, developers, and stakeholders to implement designs effectively.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and workflows.
- Ensure that technical solutions align with business objectives and requirements.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.
- Collaborate with product leader(s) to understand the priorities of different initiatives.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Willing to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
