Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, UX, or interaction design
- Demonstrated success designing and shipping digital products that meet user needs and deliver business impact
- Strong skills in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design across web and mobile platforms
- Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma preferred)
- Solid understanding of user-centered design practices, usability principles, and accessibility standards
- Experience designing complex workflows, operational tools, or data-rich products
- Familiarity with enterprise or ecosystem products that span multiple roles or touchpoints
Responsibilities
- Lead design for a product area or journey, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers
- Translate user needs and business context into clear interaction models, flows, and visual designs
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to explore and communicate ideas
- Contribute to discovery through research synthesis, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping
- Participate in user testing and feedback sessions to validate assumptions and refine solutions
- Use insight and data to inform design decisions and continuous improvement
- Design end-to-end experiences that consider the full journey across digital and service touchpoints
Other
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work effectively within empowered, cross-functional product teams
- Exposure to AI-enabled or intelligent systems, including agentic or generative experiences
- Experience contributing to design systems or shared experience frameworks
