Requirements
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
- Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and responsive design principles
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers to translate designs into functional websites
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or front-end development basics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and prototype responsive, user-friendly website layouts and mockups that align with brand standards and user needs
- Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless translation of designs into functional websites across various devices
- Create engaging UX/UI experiences by applying best practices in accessibility, visual design, and usability
- Stay updated with the latest web design trends, technologies, and design systems, integrating them into projects as appropriate
- Provide feedback and iterate designs based on user testing and stakeholder input
- Support front-end development teams by providing detailed design specifications and assets
Other
- Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role
- A strong portfolio demonstrating website design projects, including responsive and mobile-first designs
- Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile or collaborative development environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
