Oracle Customer Success Services is looking to hire early-career talent to power next-generation services and solutions leveraging AI capabilities. The role will develop value-add engineering capabilities that help deliver customer success, both for external and internal customers, by configuring, testing, and optimizing generative AI solutions, and designing new scalable solutions for fast-changing infrastructure environments.

Responsibilities
- Configure, test, and optimize generative AI solutions to deliver business value.
- Measure and monitor AI performance, recommending improvements and developing new AI solutions to drive value for Oracle and its customers.
- Help enable features and subsystems, such as on AI solutions, and help with operation’s technical requirements.
- Design new scalable solutions for fast changing infrastructure environment with complex needs in fields like configuration deployments, monitoring, and logging.
- Perform deep drill down analysis into performance bottlenecks and provide necessary fixes.
- Bring in new ideas, change, evolve, improve, and simplify the production infrastructure.
