Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) InfoSec team within Risk Management needs to keep Oracle's customers, employees, data and assets safe by maintaining a rigorous connection to and understanding of the evolution of security tools in the industry, providing recommendations on their potential role to play in keeping us secure, offering consulting expertise and engaging actively in designing and deploying our next-generation of information security solutions, driving deep technical security assessments of proposed initiatives from IT and engineering peers across the company, running processes related to information security risk management, conducting technical assessments across end user services, and defining, documenting, maintaining, and communicating security services for customer facing services provided by CSS.
Requirements
- Having IT experience which includes server computing, information security, and other infrastructure IT areas.
- Knowledge of hardware platforms, firewall/router technologies, software, and applications.
- CompTIA Security+, CISA or other security certifications preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle’s software/hardware/cloud products and CSS services.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate & respond to security questions raised by customer security team
Other
- Will be enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent science/engineering field during the 2026-2027 school year.
- Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026.
- Ability to interface and communicate effectively with both external and internal customers, to describe security risks and controls.
