Oracle Cloud Service Centre is looking to ensure the availability of cloud services 24x7x365 and prevent problems, and when problems do occur, solve them quickly and completely.
Requirements
- Graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent field by August 2026
- Articulate – strong presentation skills
- Tech savvy and have a passion for technology, particularly development
- Interest in programming, cloud technology, servers and data centers
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage tasks and follow-up actions
- Minimum 3.0 GPA (Preferred Qualification)
- Ability to obtain work authorization in the US in 2026
Responsibilities
- Administer production servers/services and test system health
- Offer mitigation paths to accelerate the process of system recovery
- Work with system monitoring and alerting tools to identify trouble source
- Execute defined SOPs to avoid or reduce event impact duration
- Fulfill tickets from internal customers related to the management of the Oracle Cloud Platform
- Develop scripts to enhance cloud reliability and/or automation
- Participate in an agile development scrum to fulfil user stories
