Oracle's Global Industry Unit (GIU) is looking to hire early-career talent to power next-generation services and solutions, solve complex business problems across various industries, and leverage Oracle Cloud technology.
Requirements
- Completed at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or an equivalent science/engineering field or an equivalent science/engineering field between by June 2026
- Are proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in at least two of the following programming languages: Java, Python, C-Sharp, SQL, JavaScript, CSS, HTML
- Have completed coursework, projects, internships, and or research in at least three of the following: Artificial Intelligence, Algorithms, Big Data, Data Structures, Database, Machine Learning, Object-Oriented Programming, Software Programming, Web/Mobile Development, Micro-Services Architecture, Container Architecture (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes), User Interface Design
- Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant technical areas noted above
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- use basic knowledge of software architecture
Responsibilities
- design and build innovative new systems from the ground up
- writing code
- completing programming projects
- performing testing and debugging of Oracle software
- work on cutting-edge technologies to tackle real-world problems
- use basic knowledge of software architecture to perform tasks associated with developing, debugging or designing software applications or operating systems according to provided design specifications
- Build enhancements within an existing software architecture
