Oracle is looking to hire world-class, early in career talent to power next-generation services and solutions in medical and public safety, including autonomous drones, drone air traffic control, land surveillance, smart medical devices, connected health technologies, public safety tools, and autonomous robotic factories.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related science/engineering field during the 2025-2026 school year AND returning to the program after completion of the internship.
- Are proficient (i.e., able to complete coding projects with no assistance) in Java AND are proficient in at least one of these additional programming languages: C/C++, JavaScript, Python, SQL
- Have the ability to implement sophisticated algorithms and data structures in very complex systems with the highest quality.
- Demonstrated experience (projects, internships, coursework, research) with three or more of the following areas: Internet of Things, Robotics, Databases, Computer Systems, Computer Operations, Linux / UNIX, Object Oriented Design, Operating Systems
- Have completed at least your sophomore year toward your undergraduate degree, or higher, by summer 2026.
- Completed at least one internship, research assistantship, teaching assistantship, or equivalent practical experience working with the relevant areas noted above.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA

- developing and managing innovative medical and public safety solutions using Oracle's IoT platform
- Key projects include autonomous drones, drone air traffic control, land surveillance, and smart medical devices such as DNA sequencers, specimen vaults, and lab automation systems
- They also work on connected health technologies, public safety tools like body cameras and police vehicle systems, and autonomous robotic factories
- Their expertise spans across IoT hardware, software development, product management, and real-time health monitoring
