Requirements
- Dynamics CE expertise (hands-on configuration and development).
- Experience with auditing and improving customer journeys and call workflows.
- Ability to manage end-to-end changes, from requirements gathering to production deployment.
- Implement, test, and confirm changes function as expected.
- Coordinate deployment of changes into production.
Responsibilities
- Review and audit customer journeys from website form entry in D365 to lead disposition.
- Assess and optimize call schedules.
- Assess and optimize call sequencing and prioritization.
- Assess and optimize time zones and location assignments.
- Assess and optimize call queues.
- Assess and optimize call cycle/replenishment for agents.
- Work with the CEO to align system configurations with call log data.

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
