Requirements
- Relevant programs include bachelor's, master’s/MBA, and PhD students studying Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or other field related to Technical Program Management
- A deep-seated passion for leveraging technology and innovative solutions to power prosperity and deliver unrivaled benefit to our customers
- Demonstrated accountability for outcomes and the ability to independently drive complex projects to successful, high-quality completion with decisive prioritization
- A strong foundation in project management, organizational planning, and interpersonal skills required to maintain a high bar for operational performance
Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end execution for key platform programs and deliverables, setting a high bar for quality, speed, and accountability across all technical and business outcomes
- Establish and lead a clear operating rhythm for the program, ensuring frequent, clear, and actionable communication that aligns all cross-functional partners and leadership
- Serve as the core alignment driver between product, engineering, and business partners, proactively identifying and resolving complex trade-offs to balance stakeholder needs and maximize customer benefit
- Anticipate and boldly navigate resistance or setbacks by promoting understanding of alternative viewpoints and independently driving for resolution and alignment to maintain program momentum
- Partner with other TPM leaders to define, socialize, and implement high-impact, organization-wide processes that continuously improve our delivery model and raise the execution bar
- Contribute to strategic portfolio management and annual planning cycles, ensuring coordination and clear visibility across broad stakeholder categories to support data-backed prioritization

- Must be a current student enrolled in a U.S.-based, degree-seeking program (or the equivalent) and returning to school following the internship, with an expected graduation date of December 2026 or later
- Must reside in the U.S. during the summer internship program
- An exceptional communicator with proven skills in building strong relationships and influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on a common, high-impact goal
