URBN is looking to build performance and forward-thinking e-commerce experiences for their customers through mobile software engineering
Requirements
- Understanding of native the modern mobile languages, Swift or Kotlin.
- General familiarity with backend APIs and a foundational understanding of the HTTP protocol (status codes, http verbs)
- Comfortable using developer tools
- Eagerness to learn new systems and processes
Responsibilities
- Helping to build and maintain the native mobile codebase that powers all URBN Brands from a single code base.
- Taking pride in writing code that is readable, maintainable, well tested, and documented.
- Implementing efficient and reusable front-end components and views
- Collaborating with Product Designers, Product Managers,and other Software Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products.
- Performance, scalability, and accessibility are top of mind.

- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing a degree in a related field
- Available for full-time internship from 6/1 through 8/7
- Ability to work in Philadelphia, PA
- Must be authorized to work in the US
