Requirements

  • Experience building and supporting data platforms or systems in production environments
  • Competency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C-Sharp
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Demonstrated ability to work on technical projects and collaborate with engineering teams
  • Interest in AI-native development environments and willingness to learn new technologies and tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable)
  • Background in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
  • Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, EMR, or Athena

Responsibilities

  • Support feature development and project delivery from requirements analysis through production deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
  • Write clean , functional code that addresses business needs efficiently and integrates smoothly with existing systems.
  • Create well-tested code and support feature reliability in production through appropriate monitoring and operational best practices.
  • Partner with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into functional software solutions.
  • Continuously enhance your technical capabilities and participate in team knowledge sharing through code reviews and technical discussions.

  • Selected candidates will participate in an in-person interview.
  • Candidates located near one of our talent hubs—San Francisco, New York, Austin, or Chicago—will be scheduled to meet with team members in those locations.
  • For candidates residing outside these areas, we will arrange travel to a hub for the interview.
