Requirements
- Experience building and supporting data platforms or systems in production environments
- Competency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, Go, Rust, TypeScript, Kotlin, or C-Sharp
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to work on technical projects and collaborate with engineering teams
- Interest in AI-native development environments and willingness to learn new technologies and tools (e.g., Cursor, Windsurf, Lovable)
- Background in healthcare technology or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Exposure to data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, Palantir, EMR, or Athena
Responsibilities
- Support feature development and project delivery from requirements analysis through production deployment, collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Write clean , functional code that addresses business needs efficiently and integrates smoothly with existing systems.
- Create well-tested code and support feature reliability in production through appropriate monitoring and operational best practices.
- Partner with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate business requirements into functional software solutions.
- Continuously enhance your technical capabilities and participate in team knowledge sharing through code reviews and technical discussions.
