Requirements

  • Strong academic background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
  • Demonstrated interest and/or experience in Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Machine Learning, IoT, Smart Grid technologies, or Blockchain.
  • Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a passion for research at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
  • Experience with programming languages and software development.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and techniques.
  • Experience with IoT and edge computing platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct collaborative research on innovative solutions that enhance privacy, security, and operational efficiency in healthcare systems, smart grids, autonomous vehicles, and Internet of Things (IoT)/edge computing platforms.
  • Develop advanced AI-driven cybersecurity solutions to mitigate emerging threats and safeguard sensitive data in complex, interconnected environments.
  • Work on projects that address real-world challenges in privacy, security, and efficiency.
  • Contribute to high-impact research at the intersection of AI and cybersecurity.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary research team to achieve project goals.
  • Utilize cutting-edge facilities and resources to conduct research.
  • Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to research challenges.
